While perusing a box of scallops at work today I discovered clear evidence of over unity.

That's right, for every 100g of product there is 106g of sugars. So all we have to do if feed scallops to scallops and we'll be able to power the whole world. I'm sure it won't be long before the government and the evil seafood industry cover up this amazing discovery.

  • Well, you get 21.3 grams in a 20 gram serving, but only 106.0 in a 100 gram serving. Somewhere, a half a gram is being lost. Possibly some of it goes to the 6x increase in fat, but that could just be borrowing its 0.2 extra grams of fat from the 0.2 grams of protein lost.

    These are rather amazing scallops.

  • With a bit of work you could probably use these babies to power your secret lair.

They'd be a handy backup when you're having the pirana tank cleaned too.
